Location:  Pretoria
Salary:  R 16 000 - R 21 000 Per month dependent upon experience

Our client needs a new family member in the capacity of a Systems Engineer (Level 2 Desktop IT Technician).
  • You will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures.
  • Your key accountability will be support on advance level 2 basis:
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance of servers, internet and network issues. As well as level 1 support: end user troubleshooting, printers and user setups.

  • Firewalls (Sophos and Fortigate)
  • Routers
  • Switches
  • Servers (hardware and software)
  • A+ N+
  • MCSE
  • Maintenance
  • Desktop and Notebook
  • Remote desktop Support
  • Cloud and Onsite Backups
  • 3CX Software
  • Proficient Exchange Skills
  • Office 365
  • Wireless infrastructure
Qualification:
  • Matric with passed Mathematics
  • A+ and N+
  • S+ a benefit (not a must)
  • MCSE or MCSA
  • Any IT Certificate a benefit
Experience:
  • 5 Years Support Desk
  • 2 Years Hardware
