Job Role:  Senior Factory Manager
Salary:  R 60 000 - R 80 000 Per month CTC Dependent upon experience
Location:  Midrand

  • At Least three years + experience at management level in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, packaging, chemical an advantage.
Min Qualification
  • Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical/electrical/chemical)
  • Millwright & Electrical Qualification a definate advantage

  • Project management of capital projects.
  • Development of new products and implementation of new technology. 
  • Financial control of factory costs. 
  • Safety and risk management in terms of legislation. 
  • Sourcing of new local and international suppliers.
  • Identification and development of future leaders in the business.
  • Ensure the factory is focused on agreed key performance indicators.
