Over 6 years experience in delivery Software development and Web based applications using Agile and Lean (Scrum and Kanban). Hands-on approach to successful IT Leadership, engaging with key business stakeholders and 3rd parties, delivering "cost appropriate" IT solutions and business process change via emerging technology solutions. Experience of business change management & transformation, IT service transition, IT strategies, technology road-maps, technical requirements, lean/six-sigma, business case development, project deliver, IT upgrades and system migration, delivering added business value through the adoption of new technologies. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead teams and communicate at all levels.
Management Skills and Achievements:
  • Currently coaching Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners and Managers with a SAFe implantation in a large financial company
  • Was Successful in helping teams adopt an Agile approach which resulted in delivering clients go-live requirements on time. Exco confirmed that this would not have been achieved if Agile (Scrum) had not been adopted.
  • Successfully delivered products to market through management of the project development lifecycle from concept to implementation, ensured that solutions achieved objectives and client expectations; used PRINCE 2, SCRUM, Kanban and Six Sigma.
