The cooling & heating company based in Honeydew Gauteng, is a reputable air-conditioning and refrigeration contractor that specialise both in the installation and maintenance of large residential, commercial and industrial-scale projects.
R6000 pm / Highly negotiable depending on knowledge, experience and skill set.
Commission: 4% on sales (Excellent earning potential)
Car Allowance: R4000 pm
Fuel: Company pays 80%
Cell phone allowance: R800 pm
Provident Fund: 50% contribution by the Company
Must have excellent experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry
Must have a developed client list
Must have a stable previous employment
Be able to understand project requirements
Must be able to work under pressure
Have a strong sales ability
Have good negotiating skills
Knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent experience and knowledge applicable to Tenders
Provide Technical solutions/quotations and proposals to customers Perform selection, application & optimization in line with customer requirements
Liaise with customers regarding requirements, applications, and solutions
Manage and achieve monthly sales targets
Project manage made to order special sales orders Identify and drive new product requirements
Drive technical sales support documentation
Liaise within the group export division to grow export potential

Strong sales and marketing orientation
A driven individual wanting to exceed sales and customer expectations
Experience in design and application of air-conditioning and refrigeration.
Assertive, proactive and the desire to add value in a progressive organization
Able to lead and manage people Project management skills
Qualification and experience:
Experience in HVAC and Refrigeration Sector essential 5+ Years.
Diploma or similar qualification would be advantageous.
Project management skills 5 years sales and marketing exposure in refrigeration or air-conditioning industries or related manufacturing industries
Must have a good sales track record
Must be able to communicate on levels of management,
Must have a good understanding of clients products and services.
Must be able to suggest new products and upgrades to existing products by motivating new products of clients.
