Disaster recovery testing, performing of backups, system recovery and maintenance of backup policies and procedures
Support, maintenance, installation, backups, configuration and recovery of the email server.
Various server administration, maintenance, ensuring proper functioning, and system availability for all servers.
Control, manage, distribute and verify anti-virus installations, daily updates and licensing for each machine with assistance of technicians, ensuring the network is free from Viruses, Ransomware and/or Spyware.
Update and distribution of operating system and application updates weekly.
Assist with investigating of user problems, reporting needs, system problems, and other user or company needs, resolve, provide support and assistance, analyse, propose solutions pertaining to all systems and/or challenges.
Develop, manage and test disaster recovery programmes.
Assist in Firewall rules and network security policy.
Fault finding, trouble shooting, support, maintenance and recovery of Infrastructure systems and Products.
Assist with ordering; oversee installation and deployment, configuration, documentation and implementation of IT. equipment and/or infrastructure systems as needed.
Maintain and control server room environment and data centre setup at ISP.
After hour support. (24/7) (365)
Full Network and Device Monitoring PRTG.
Liaison with vendors all improve efficiency.
Ensure network uptime of 99% (LAN WAN).
Maintain fixed asset register IT Equipment.
Linux skills advantages.
Knowledge of IIS and web technologies
Experience with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle
