Our client is looking for a professional and dynamic individual who is detail-orientated, can multi-task and who is creative. This role will be responsible for creating and executing the media & PR strategy in collaboration with the marketing team and strategy thereof and includes marketing campaigns, evaluating marketing performance metrics and collaborating with internal teams. An in-depth understanding of marketing required - with a focus on digital marketing, content generation, PR, internal and external communication. The ideal candidate needs to have ICT media contacts. An innate curiosity and experience using the latest platforms and technology is a crucial.
This position reports into the billing and marketing executive.

  • 6 - 10 years marketing experience
  • Relevant degree in marketing or communications
  • Assist in defining the marketing and communication strategy, aligned to business objectives, and execute thereon
  • Devise media content strategy being cognisant of digital marketing campaigns, social media, website content and how that fits into / with media / PR requirements
  • Review, interpret and report on monthly digital media analytics
  • Track performance of all media campaigns
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop relevant content to profile the brand
  • Copywriting and editing: internal and external campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and research ICT markets and competitors' activities to identify relevant opportunities and key issues/topics
  • As a brand custodian ensure brand is professionally portrayed in all marketing collateral
