Asking Salary:  R 75 000 Per Month + benefits

Truly a star candidate. He has 18 years experience in the retail industry as Key Accounts Manager and Regional & Operations Manager, with proven track record applicable to 3 massive pioneers in the South African building industry.
He holds a NQF 7 from GIBS University in Retail Management, a Supply Chain Management qualification obtained through Penn Sate University (Pennsylvania USA), together with numerous other relevant qualifications.
At previous employment  he  had 44 branches reporting to him with a total of over 200 staff. These include Area Ops Mangers; Branch Managers; 2IC's etc. These 44 branches turnover was between R40m to R45m per month @ 25% GP and they have doubled in Inland region's turnover in 4 years. They have successfully opened on average 7 new stores per annum as part of their national footprint strategy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for 44 stores - Inland Region.
  • Custodian of Region's marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Prepared budgets for 44 stores.
  • 18 years experience in housekeeping and warehousing.
  • Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising of staff.
  • 18 years experience in dealing with customers queries, complaints and ensuring customer service excellence.
  • Handle pricing and total stock control of all regions..
  • Experienced in compliance with health, safety, security and risk.
  • 10 Years experience in preparing promotional materials and displays.
  • Computer literate.
  • Diploma in Cost Accounting
  • Writing of daily, weekly and monthly reports and sign off orders.
  • Very high level of communication skills, verbal and written.
