Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Induction and Orientation of new staff
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Consult and advise line managers on appropriate HR solutions
Support line managers in the application of the recommended solutions
Qualification in HR (Hons an advantage)
5 years experience
Excellent knowledge of employment/labour laws
Excellent communication and people skills
Previous experience in the role of Human Resources Generalist or a very similar position and be able to demonstrate your complete understanding of the position.
Well organised and methodical in your approach to problem solving and be able to manage filing/database system.
Strong Conflict Management Skills
Ability to work under pressure
