Digital Experience Services (DES) is a horizontal unit within the Company specifically focussing on Digital Experience Transformation and Digital Marketing. DES continues to build niche capabilities to deliver world class experience for our clients and client’s customers with modern execution practices and in depth technical as well as consulting and delivery skills. Experience Design, Front end engineering, Full stack development, Digital Platform engineering, Mobility, Digital Marketing are key focus areas for DES.

 

We are looking for self-motivated, highly skilled, outcome driven & Agile leader to join our growing organization in the role mentioned above.

Reporting to: Global Delivery & Consulting Head – Digital Experience Services

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own successful delivery of capabilities/services/product/applications in the Company scope by taking end to end delivery responsibility
  • Timely delivery within the budget and quality parameters defined by the Company and client
  • Integrate with diverse client stakeholders by engaging proactively.
  • Own and drive delivery quality metrics for client with an aim to have at least 1 referenceable client in a year
  • Align and own financial targets for growth for existing as well as new opportunities/programs/engagements within the current client’s relationships
  • Work with practice teams to proactively identify, nurture and create new propositions for existing relationships/programs
  • Guide the Digital Delivery teams and organisation on how to use Lean and Agile practices and values.
  • Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
  • Provide early warning capabilities when the initiative deliverables are under threat with suggestions for corrective actions to all relevant stakeholders
  • Mitigate risks through weekly/monthly review meetings with appropriate client and internal stakeholders
  • Assist the Agile delivery team to identify and mitigate risks through regular mentoring and follow up sessions.
  • Identify team member strengths and opportunity for improvements by devising skill development plan with internal & external training and external certifications
  • Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.

 Primary skills MUST HAVE:

  • Overall 12+ years of experience primarily as Delivery Lead managing cross functional stakeholders for Web & Mobile Application development using Full stack/Digital Platform technologies
  • In-depth experience of Front-End-Technology (Angular), Mobility (iOS, Angular, Hybrid), Back end integration (REST/SOAP/Web API) along with Agile and CI/CD based execution.
  • Understanding and awareness of Digital experience design (CX, UX, Visual Design, User Research etc.)
  • Very good understanding of toolset around Configuration Management (GitHub), Continues Integration (Bitbucket), Continues Deployment (Jenkins)
  • Very good understanding of various testing Unit testing (Junit, Nunit, Jasmine), Automated Functional Testing (Selenium)
  • Good understanding of code quality (SONAR Cube)
  • Experience of Agile project management (JIRA)
  • Good understanding of Digital Platform (Adobe Experience Manager/Sitecore) and Digital Marketing (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEO) implementation
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills

 Nice to have:

  • Experience in banking domain is an advantage
  • Publish white papers on niche solutions and approaches in Digital Experience and Digital Marketing area
  • Create PoV on Industry or technology specific solution areas and present them at industry forum to build the Company brand
