Salary:  R 900 000 Per Anum

Our client is currently looking for a Client Manager based in their Cape Town Office. As a Client Manager you will be responsible coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers.   The Client Manager will play a vital role in creating a long-term healthy service provider – customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client and our Client’s operational delivery teams. Key responsibilities is governance across all areas of the services including service Management, incident and change Management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service

  • Daily Onsite Operations (Processes and procedures)

  • Resource Management (inductions, training and development)

  • Incident Change and Problem Management

  • Escalation Management and Resolution

  • Continuous Service Improvement (being proactive)

  • 3rd Party Management

  • Strategic Support and Growth of the Services delivered to the Customer

  • Daily attendance of Services and Management Meetings

  • Monthly Service review

  • Passionate about the IT Managed Services Industry

  • Relationship building

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years’ Service Delivery Management experience in the IT Industry servicing Financial Services, Banking & Insurance Industries

  • Service Desk Management experience would be an advantage

  • Related IT Qualifications

  • Onsite offshore experience is essential
