Role:

The Bid Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined time-frames.

Responsibilities include adherence to all necessary proposal procedures and processes. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess the type of tender, client (existing / new) and closing date of tender to determine prioritisation of all tenders.
  • Lead storyboard sessions with bid / proposal team members and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate and review proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and business/operations
  • Consolidate sections and / or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format
  • Ensure proposal documents follow standard formatting and quality standards
  • Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents

Experience / Skill set:

Proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment. The Bid Co-Ordinator will be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, co-ordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated or RPL Equivalent
  • Project Management (MS Project / Teamwork)
  • Strong PC skills: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Certified to APMP Foundation or Practitioner Level.
