Key Performance Indicators

Client & Agency Relationships
  • Builds and maintains close client relationships, understanding their business challenges and objectives at all levels
  • Ambassador for companies best interests in dealings with other agencies
  • Identifying opportunities to cross sell and upsell services and drive revenue targets
Project Management
  • Constant overviewing of projects in the system in brand portfolio
  • Working with Operations to ensure resourcing solutions are in place for delivery
  • Driving larger projects/work streams
  • Acting as a daily escalation point for resolving project issues
  • Understanding and questioning legalities on work
  • Improving work processes to drive efficiency
Financial Management
  • Managing overall client budgets and retainers
  • Driving business growth through diligent financial and forecast reporting
Strategy
  • Imparting knowledge of digital/industry developments to drive client aspirations
  • Working closely with Planning to drive relevant Digital or TTL strategy
  • Developing Digital/TTL plans, aligned with client strategy
Reporting
  • Interpreting reports to advise clients on making informed business decisions
Team Management
  • Motivates, coaches and collaborates with own team and brand team to ensure resources are managed effectively and work is delivered
  • Leads by example in approach to work and adding to team spirit knows impact on others, listens to their views and feelings, and includes them
Experience Required
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in an Account Management role within an agency essential
  • Min 2 years people management and extended team building experience preferable
  • Real passion for digital marketing
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially
  • Ability to review campaign results and understand real return on investment, as well as suggest improvements
  • Deep understanding of all communication disciplines BTL, ATL and TTL.
  • Understanding of new technology and the application of it to the creative process.
